If you are happy with the quotation, we require a signed copy of your Booking Form and our Terms & Conditions together with a non refundable deposit of £25
We then source various options that match your requirements and present them to you for consideration
Once you've chosen your prefered option, we make the necessary arrangements and payment is made by you to third party suppliers by debit or credit card
We send you a separate invoice for our fee
Once this is paid we send out the full itinerary details
On returning from your break, we'll give you a courtesy call for your feedback
