5. How do I make a booking?

There are 3 ways, either:

6. How does your booking process work?

Booking your unique short break experience couldn’t be easier!

First of all please read our Terms & Conditions of booking
Then either fill in the Enquiry Form, give us a call or send an email with your requirements
We then send you a quotation, copy of your Booking Form and Terms & Conditions
If you are happy with the quotation, return your signed Booking Form and Terms & Conditions to us with adeposit of £50 to confirm your booking.
We will then start researching and sourcing the options available to match yourrequirements.
These will be presented to you as a draft itinerary for confirmation.
Once you are happy with the itinerary, bookings will then be confirmed and payments made to third party suppliers.
We will then send you an invoice for our costs (as per the quotation) and once this balance has been paid, we will send you your final detailed itinerary. (Please note that any changes made to your short break after this balance has been paid may attract an administration charge of up to £25).

7. What do I need to pay upfront to make a booking?

Only £25 deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable once all bookings have been confirmed.

8. How do you make your money?

Our first class service is charged at an hourly rate of £25. The total cost for organising your unique short break experience will depend on the amount of time involved in finding and arranging bespoke solutions to match your requirements. 9. Do we need to be aware of any hidden charges?

No. We operate in a totally honest and transparent way so you know exactly how much you will be paying for our service from day one.

10. Do you use reputable suppliers?

We only use the very best suppliers and all the accommodation we book for our clients is quality assured.

11. What about insurance?

We ensure that every supplier we use has Public and Product Liability Insurance in the event of an accident or equipment failure.
